 All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate; however, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction
  • Discontinue any product at any time without notice

3. Pricing and Payments


All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods that may be introduced in the future.

Full payment must be made upon delivery unless otherwise stated.

Orders will not be processed unless confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery


We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

Coltgear Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly indicated before checkout.

5. Order Cancellation


Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

6. Returns and Refunds


  • We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Conditions for return:

    • Item must be reported within 3–7 days of receipt
    • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

7. Privacy Policy


    We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Customer data will only be used for order processing, delivery, and customer service purposes.

    We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except when required for shipping or legal compliance.
